To implement regionally significant policies to further energy efficiency and sustainable energy policies in Connecticut and New England; to expand awareness and implement solutions to diesel engine emissions in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island; and to participate in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
