In collaboration with Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, to adopt and update minimum appliance efficiency standards in New England at the state and federal levels, specifically to adopt minimum efficiency standards in five New England states by the end of 2005; work with those states to develop adequate implementation and enforcement of such standards; seek the adoption of standards for additional appliances; and use momentum in the Northeast region to press for federal appliance standards.
