To develop and implement national advocacy and media strategies aimed at pressuring DOE to cleanup the radioactive legacy of the Cold War; strengthen the skills and expertise of member organizations in order to press more effectively for reform of nuclear cleanup policies at the local and national levels; and maintain and strengthen its electronic communication system in order to conduct alliance work more effectively.
