To participate with other members of the environmental community in developing state-based wind power siting policies in Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine; to reduce conflicts created from commercial wind power proposals; and to provide guidance for wind developers in selecting locations with the least number of natural resource and public impacts.
