To provide ongoing technical assistance to 700 women (50 percent low-income) to grow their businesses to scale; to foster the economic independence of low-income women through the growth of their own small businesses; and to create an outlet for experienced business women and entrepreneurs to share their expertise with their low-income counterparts.
