To: (1) develop the Stamford 2030 District, which will encourage commercial building owners to set targets for reducing energy and investments in efficiency and clean energy; (2) conduct research and policy advocacy to reduce barriers to clean, distributed generation; and (3) coordinate a coalition of organizations working to accelerate adoption of zero-emission vehicles.
