To reduce greenhouse gas emissions through state and regional activities that: (1) secure the highly efficient use of electricity, oil and natural gas across New England; (2) ensure increased renewable energy generating capacity and infrastructure: and (3) advocate for the full implementation of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
