To provide emergency assistance to Congolese human rights activist Golden Misabiko Baholelwa, who is being detained and tortured by the government’s National Intelligence Agency. This grant will enable Mr. Baholelwa’s wife to travel to Kinshasa to advocate for his release, provide support their children while she is gone and food for Mr. Baholelwa.
