To develop a fuller understanding of the issues of racial equity as it relates to the food system, craft a set of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) guiding principles that will inform internal and external operations, establish a plan to embed those principles into its day-to-day work, and institute a process to evaluate progress toward its DEI goals on an ongoing basis.
