To secure implementation and expansion of policies that maximize the role of clean energy and energy efficiency in New England states, by working with decisionmakers and consumer and environmental coalitions to promote strong renewable energy standards, increase public acceptance of new renewable facilities in the region, and increase the effectiveness of wholesale and retail markets for renewable energy.
