To curb anti-abortion violence directed at the nation’s health care clinics and their personnel by encouraging strong law enforcement from federal, state and local agencies; by providing direct assistance to embattled clinics and organizing local support for them; by researching perpetrators of violence and conducting an annual survey that quantifies trends in violence against clinics; and by engaging in selective litigation against groups and individuals that advocate violence.
