To increase access to reproductive health services both in and beyond New York State with three inter-related projects: the Rural Provider Project, the Residency Training Initiative, and the Medicaid Managed Care Initiative. As the result of a national selection process, the Rural Provider Project will assist local organizations in Alaska, Michigan and Texas.
