To collaborate with the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood Federation of America in establishing a national training program for federal and local law enforcement officials to improve their effectiveness in protecting abortion clinics from violence and harassment.
To sponsor long-term volunteers in Mexico to assist human rights activists and organizations through monitoring and documenting human rights violations and accompanying threatened individuals.
To provide general program support ($25,000); and to support the Latin American program’s human rights work to develop local leadership.
